Project Delivery Specialist (Senior Consultant)
Client: Public Health Department – Medicaid
Re-hired as full time employee back to Deloitte after a stint as a contractor.
Continued working as a Technical Consultant and senior member of the defect fix sprint team with client, on and offshore team members
Solidified client reputation and became subject matter expert (SME) for multiple modules within the application
Gave presentation on system functionality in learning session to an audience of 75+ clients.
Handled daily meetings on multiple defect tracks and guided triage, design, development, implementation and testing of 120+ defects to reduce the backlog of existing production issues.
Communicated complex defect solutions and presented best-options and best-practice fixes for the team.
Led a projectwide training module with 75+ internal staff on specific system functionality.
Assisted with roll-on and training of new staff members to the team.
Functioned as a team lead to reduce defect backlog by a futher 115 defects (about 14 defects per release (monthly)) more than any other TC.
Daily client interaction with testers, scrum master, client BA & offshore development team.
Conducted a high priority batch exception investigation which categorized, identified and proposed enhancement solutions to remove batch exceptions from worker's dashboards (eliminating 20,000 exceptions - 1600+ hours of savings for the client per month).
Four months in a separate role as Interface Regression Techincal Consultant, built complex SQL queries to monitor application performance. Developed, tested and deployed 10+ system health queries that run daily to alert team to potential issues.
After a key sprint team resource left the project unexpectedly transitioned without hesitation and stepped up.
Mentored and trained junior resources with daily meetings, coaching, work delegation and review/feedback on how they could improve their skillset. Resource eventually transitioned into a more senior role for the project.

Client: Public Health Department – Medicaid
Re-hired as contractor to the same project during height of the pandemic due to subject matter (SME) expertise and solid relationships with project leadership.
Member of release readiness testing team (RRT) who identified and developed 100+ automation test scripts to test and verify core system functionality in the staging environments before production builds.
Eventually moved into Technical Consultant role on a defect fix sprint team. A role with daily client interaction and offshore engagement. Duties included but not limited to triaging, backlogging and writing user stories and acceptance criteria for defects as well as development and testing support including regression scenarios.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Administrator
Administrator of the HubSpot CRM system. Duties including but not limited to:
Onboarding and training of new users including how-to documentation, powerpoint presentations and videos to facilitate learning and understanding of the CRM. Full time user support.
Bulk import, development and management of over 17 thousand sales leads within the system.
Workflow design and development to create rules to automatically update leads and save time by automating repetitive processes.
Development of a chatbot and inbound forms embedded on the website to assist in updating leads without any internal user input by Sales Representatives.
Assisting the development team with Custom API development to connect HubSpot to the proprietary software product of Cargomatic for shippers: Command.

Played a key role in the writing of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contract extension of the Enrollment & Eligibility system which was awarded to Deloitte for over $10M worth of work over a 10 year period. Directly resulting in hundreds of stable jobs for the firm.
Co-Owned module of system from a functional standpoint, became an expert in the core functionality of the application in a short timeframe.
Key player in state-wide big bang rollout of the application supporting the second biggest office in the state with almost 500 workers for the first weeks of go-live.
Developed relationships with clients and built confidence in the new system.

Made a team lead of Maintenance & Operations team after two months on the project due to confidence in leadership to run the team. Team consists of two developers and one tester. Developers are contractor resources, tester was a contractor but is now Deloitte AMS.
Position is historically staffed by a SC. Responsibilities of the role:
Ensuring system health through client interaction, triaging defects, prioritizing and aligning defects to releases. Issues raised directly by staff or users at client sites to a call center. Consistent client interaction every day, up to track leads and individuals who attend change control board meetings.
Coordinating, compiling and driving to completion Monthly and Quarterly deliverables which are submitted, approved and paid.

Facilitated additional client requested functionality which is then documented, presented to client leadership, informally approved, and then formally approved by change control board. Personally responsible for drafting and presenting around 1,000 hours of change requests which translates roughly to $100,000.

Targeted as subject matter expert for Prenatal Screening component of the system. Project had a knowledge gap for this component as others with previous functional knowledge had left the project.
