Re-hired as full time employee back to Deloitte after a stint as a contractor.
Continued working as a Technical Consultant and senior member of the defect fix sprint team with client, on and offshore team members
Solidified client reputation and became subject matter expert (SME) for multiple modules within the application

2022-2023:
Functioned as a team lead to reduce defect backlog by a futher 115 defects (about 14 defects per release (monthly)) more than any other TC.

Conducted a high priority batch exception investigation which categorized, identified and proposed enhancement solutions to remove batch exceptions from worker's dashboards (eliminating 20,000 exceptions - 1600+ hours of savings for the client per month).

Re-hired as contractor to the same project during height of the pandemic due to subject matter (SME) expertise and solid relationships with project leadership.
Member of release readiness testing team (RRT) who identified and developed 100+ automation test scripts to test and verify core system functionality in the staging environments before production builds.
Eventually moved into Technical Consultant role on a defect fix sprint team. A role with daily client interaction and offshore engagement. Duties included but not limited to triaging, backlogging and writing user stories and acceptance criteria for defects as well as development and testing support including regression scenarios.

Played a key role in the writing of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contract extension of the Enrollment & Eligibility system which was awarded to Deloitte for over $10M worth of work over a 10 year period. Directly resulting in hundreds of stable jobs for the firm.
Co-Owned module of system from a functional standpoint, became an expert in the core functionality of the application in a short timeframe.
Key player in state-wide big bang rollout of the application supporting the second biggest office in the state with almost 500 workers for the first weeks of go-live.

Ensuring system health through client interaction, triaging defects, prioritizing and aligning defects to releases. Issues raised directly by staff or users at client sites to a call center. Consistent client interaction every day, up to track leads and individuals who attend change control board meetings.
